Sunday's Vitamin: 3 Brain tattoos!

Brain tattoos, are ideas that you strongly believe in, remind yourself with it continuously, so that they affect your daily choices & behavior.
This week, I want to share with you 3 valuable "brain tattoos" that are probably associated with high performance & exceptional results.
Brain Tattoo #1: No idea works unless you do the work.
The ideas or concepts you learn could be great, but you must start the process of acting & applying these ideas as soon as possible, to get the results you wish. Otherwise, it will just be a day dream that will be soon forgotten.
Brain Tattoo #2: All change is hard at first, messy in the middle, but great at the end.
Often, we start to install a new habit and then quickly stop on the first signs of discomfort.
But please remember that our growth and excellence is built around our discomfort, not our ease.
So, try to stick to your new habits or behaviors as much as you can for the first 66 days (based on the recent research at University of London). After this period, you've reached automaticity, and the new habit or behavior becomes automatic & easy.
حُفت النار بالشهوات وحُفت الجنة بالمكاره))

Brain Tattoo #3: The finest way to get respect is to give respect.
Remember that if you treat people well, you'll give them a strong reason to treat you well too!
